Ilyushin Parachute Parade

Before the plane takes off on a zero-g flight, we have a quick line-up where the responsible office (Oleg, standing in front of Mark) briefs each of the cosmonauts on their mission program for the flight. Also, our parachutes are checked and instructors assigned to cosmonauts.
